Simon McKeever
Simma Consulting
Simon has worked in IT for 25 years, the last 14 years, he has been IT Director for a large recruitment group supporting the organic growth of the business from £60m to £400m revenue.
He was responsible for all aspects of group IT, developing the strategies and solutions that underpinned that growth.
He formed Simma Consulting to be able to offer his knowledge and experience to recruitment agencies looking to build their businesses, helping them understand the important role their IT can play in delivering their business objectives.
He has managed multiple successful system and infrastructure projects and maintained a wide range of technical skills.
Simma can support you with advice, insight and practical hands-on technical help that is backed up by a sound understanding of the industry and what matters to recruiters.
Our IT reviews give senior management a clear view of their current IT provision. It will show you what to do to start using IT more effectively. Part of the review process is to identify technical and organisational risks along with measures that can be put in place to mitigate them.
